This project involved constructing a custom covered patio addition that seamlessly integrated with the existing home. The homeowner wanted a comfortable outdoor living space that provided shade and protection from the elements while maintaining the look and structure of the original house.
Our team installed structural posts and beams, framed and tied a new roof system into the existing roofline, and completed the roofing with architectural shingles to match the home. The patio ceiling was finished with a stained wood tongue-and-groove ceiling, and the support columns were wrapped with PVC for a maintenance-free, finished look.
Gutters and drainage were integrated into the structure to ensure proper water management. The result is a functional and attractive outdoor space that allows the homeowners to comfortably enjoy their backyard throughout the year.
